From Minatomirai Station on the Minatomirai Line (5-minute walk)
From the Queen's Square entrance
Via the escalator
- ・Exit the ticket gate and proceed toward "Queen's Square" on your left.
- ・Take the red escalator up from B3F to 1F, and transfer to a short escalator to go up from 1F to 2F.
- ・After exiting the escalators, proceed along the main corridor to the left and cross the overpass (Queen's Mall Bridge).

Use the elevator
- ・Exit the ticket gate and proceed toward "Queen's Square" on your left.
- ・ Take the yellow elevator, located at the far left of the red escalator, to the 2nd floor.
- ・ After getting off the elevator, proceed along the main corridor on the left and cross the overpass (Queen's Mall Bridge).
Yellow elevator
From Exit 2
- ・Exit through the ticket gate to Exit 2.
- ・Go up the escalator to the ground level, turn right in front of Minatomirai Business Square and go straight.
From Sakuragicho Station on the JR Line or Municipal Subway (approx. 12 min. walk)
From the Queen's Square entrance
On foot
- ・Take the "moving sidewalk" in the direction of Minatomirai.
- ・Continue through the shopping malls "Landmark Plaza" (3F) and "Queen's Square" (2F) and cross the overpass (Queen Mall Bridge).
※In case of rain, go through the 1st floor to avoid getting wet.
By cab
- ・Please use the cab stand in front of the station.
By bus
- ・Take a city bus bound for "PACIFICO Yokohama" at Sakuragicho Station Bus Terminal No. 3, and get off at "Exhibition Hall" or "PACIFICO Yokohama".
