No, you do not have to register for individual sessions.
However, to ensure smooth event operation, please select your desired date to attend the business conference on the registration form. -

During business conference sessions, photography or recording of lectures by camera phones, compact digital cameras or other photographic or recording devices is not permitted.

Please present the QR code that was sent to your email upon registration to the reception area.
Please also have one business card ready.
You will be asked to put your business card in the pass that will be given to you at reception.
We kindly request you to bring your card for the purpose of business networking. It is not used for identity confirmation. -

Are unregistered guests allowed to enter the business conference?
Guests who have not registered will be asked to do so at the registration desk in Hall A on the day of your visit.
We recommend that you and your guests register in advance to avoid long waiting times. -

Can I bring children with me?
Preschool children (under 6 years old) are not allowed to register or enter the venue.
We appreciate your understanding. -

Is there a limit to the number of people who can enter the business conference?
If the number of guests exceeds the capacity of the main venue, we may guide you to the satellite venue or restrict admission. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis, so please arrive at the venue as early as possible.

Is there parking available at the venue?
The Pacifico Yokohama has a Minatomirai Public Parking Lot, Rinko Park Parking Lot, and bus and large vehicle parking lots attached to it.
However, since congestion is expected on weekends and holidays, we would appreciate your cooperation in using public transportation.

What is the process from pre-registration to receiving the admission pass?
A QR code will be e-mailed to you after pre-registration. Please bring your QR code and one business card to the venue to receive your pass.

If I plan on attending multiple days, do I only need to register for the first day?
Please register for each day you plan to attend the conference.
You will receive your pass only on the first day of your visit.
On the second and subsequent days, please bring the pass you received with you. -

Am I allowed to re-enter the event?
You may re-enter as many times as you like during the period as long as you have the pass you were given at the time of registration.

Power supply and free Wi-Fi will be available at the venue on the day of the event.
