Admission is free and no prior registration is required. You can enter and exit the venue as many times as you like. Please note that some events have a limit on the number of participants, and some booths will only be open on certain dates.

There are no admission restrictions. However, please note that admission may need to be limited depending on COVID 19 infection levels and venue capacity.

Children are welcome. Please note that some of the events and services offered may have age restrictions.

You are free to take pictures at the Future Festival. We are also planning to hold a photo contest in which you can win special prizes by posting your photos on Twitter.

The Pacifico Yokohama has the Minatomirai Public Parking Lot, Rinko Park Parking Lot, and bus and large vehicle parking lots attached to it. However, we expect congestion on weekends and holidays, so we would appreciate your cooperation in using public transportation. There is a Daily Yamazaki in the Exhibition Hall on the 1st floor and a 7-Eleven in the Exhibition Hall on the 2nd floor.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Please use the designated smoking areas below:

Delivery arrangements can be made from the Kuroneko Yamato delivery counter on the 2nd floor of the Exhibition Hall (9:00-18:00, open year-round). In addition, a temporary reception counter (16:30-19:30) will be set up in front of the "Hands-on Events & Festival" on Day 4 only.

We do not have a baby room/kids' space.

You may bring a stroller but please note there is no storage room at the venue.

Pets are not allowed. However, guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs are allowed.

Payment using Rakuten Points is not available at the Future Festival.

In addition to Rakuten Card, we accept Mastercard, American Express, Visa, JCB, and Diners brand credit cards. Rakuten Bank debit cards and various branded debit cards (Mastercard/JCB/VISA) are also accepted.

You can charge cash to your Rakuten Edy card for cashless payment. If you have any other problems, please feel free to contact us at the "Cashless Support Desk" in the CD hall.

There are four "Cashless Support Desks" in the CD Hall, where you can charge your Rakuten Edy card. On the day of the event, visitors who charge 1,000 yen or more will receive a free Rakuten Edy card.

If your payment with Rakuten Pay is not successful, it could be due to your credit card being expired.
In such cases, you will need to manually update your credit card information as it does not update automatically.

Only single payments are accepted. Revolving, installment and bonus payments are not accepted.

Rakuten Pay is a payment service using a smartphone app and cannot be used without a smartphone. If you do not have a smarthone, please pay by credit card.

There are a number of campaigns that will be available at the event, including one where you can receive a limited edition Okaimono Panda Umaibo (puffed corn snack). As the distribution amount is limited, please pick one up as soon as possible.
